The story.
NUPAF Education was founded to solve a specific problem: international schools across Southeast Asia and South Korea need a steady supply of vetted, safeguarding-cleared, English-speaking educators — and the UK has them — but the operational layer between school and educator is broken across most of the market.
Where competitors treat international teacher recruitment like a job board with a placement fee, NUPAF treats it as a managed service. We employ educators in-country as Employer of Record. We coordinate every visa and work permit. We track every safeguarding check. We provide a mentor for every educator from day one.
This is built on top of the wider NUPAF group's forty years of combined experience operating across Asia, with established in-country teams, legal infrastructure, and HR relationships that take new entrants years to develop.
The result, for schools, is zero compliance burden and continuity of staffing. For educators, it is a structured, supported pathway from a UK classroom to a long-term international career — not a short contract abroad.

Every educator is Enhanced DBS-cleared and safeguarding-trained before placement. No exceptions. No "minimum local standards." The same bar in every market.

NUPAF places educators into multi-year roles, not seasonal contracts. We invest in mentor support and retention because turnover hurts schools, students, and educators.
Operational infrastructure, not paperwork.
We employ educators in-country, run payroll, manage visas, coordinate housing, and provide HR. Schools and educators get a managed service, not a process to navigate.
Local presence, not local proxies.
NUPAF maintains direct in-country teams in every destination market. We don't use sub-agents, third-party recruiters, or outsourced HR. Accountability stays with us.
