These terms govern your use of the NUPAF Education website and services. By submitting an application, accepting a placement, or otherwise engaging with NUPAF, you agree to the following.

Eligibility & verification

All NUPAF placements are subject to satisfactory completion of safeguarding checks, including Enhanced DBS verification, international background screening, and completion of mandatory safeguarding training. NUPAF reserves the right to withdraw a placement offer if any verification fails.

Employer of record

For most in-country placements, NUPAF acts as your Employer of Record, managing your local employment contract, payroll, tax, and statutory contributions on behalf of the partner school. The terms of your individual employment contract will be provided in writing before placement is confirmed.

Cancellation

You may withdraw from the application process at any stage at no cost. Once a placement is confirmed and a contract signed, the cancellation terms of your individual employment agreement apply.

Liability

NUPAF facilitates placements but is not liable for the acts of partner schools, immigration authorities, or third parties. We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to a UK-registered placement service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
