NUPAF Education Limited (“NUPAF”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of every educator, school, and visitor to our website. This notice explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our application form, contact form, and teacher portal — including your name, contact details, professional qualifications, employment history, safeguarding declarations, and supporting documents (passport, DBS certificate, university degree, references).

How we use it

Your information is used solely to assess your suitability for international teaching placements, to coordinate your visa and work permit, to verify your safeguarding compliance, and to communicate with you about live opportunities. We share information with prospective school employers only with your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Active candidate records are retained for the duration of your engagement with NUPAF plus seven years thereafter, in line with safeguarding record-keeping requirements. Inactive applications are retained for two years before automatic deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nupaf.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
